appreciation
employees are an interesting people ..... they cry for "recognition" and "appreciation"
is fascinating but as much but even make it gradations eg when colleagues go away ....
one gets a little candy and a printed "do well" with the way .... and others do all the spinning on ... there are things bought, crafted cards ....
but perhaps they should again consider whether they may something like "recognition" and "appreciation" claim if she was not even better
